Responsible administration

As guidance
for politicians and civil servants, supervisory boards and directors

Criticism is welcome: It’s a good starting point, but handling criticism or counterforce is of a different order. Emotions, character and sometimes disappointment can play tricks. Using criticism as a policy instrument requires an intensive interplay between policy planners and executors.

Brainstorm conflict resolution

By placing the case study in a short brainstorming session I support teams of (political) directors and staff in understanding a conflict situation.
Brining forward arguments for and against possible decisions gives insight, brings parties closer together (by understanding each other positions) and leads to an explainable and responsible decision.
